GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION


Dear Sirs,

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), which will enter into force on 25 May 2018, we would like to assure you of our special diligence in this respect, respecting your privacy and appreciating our cooperation.

Therefore, we would like to inform you that PPHU PAGMET Grzegorz Paczkowski has taken appropriate steps to adapt to the new requirements and ensure proper protection of your personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.

Our Office makes every effort to properly secure your personal data in the process of contract implementation, as well as to provide all persons whose personal data it processes with comprehensive information about the scope and method of processing their data.

  1. PPHU PAGMET Grzegorz Paczkowski is the controller of your data.
  2. Your data is processed for marketing and commercial cooperation purposes.
  3. You can object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. Upon receipt of such a request from you, we will cease processing your data for this purpose.
  4. To exercise your right, simply contact us by writing to us at the following e-mail address: biuro@pagmet.pl or via traditional mail – to the address of our office.
  5. Your personal data will be processed in order to conclude and perform the contract between you and the Controller when submitting offers to you as part of our cooperation.
  6. The recipients of your personal data will include: employees of the company who will be directly responsible for the processing of your personal data, Controllers processing your data based on entrustment agreements concluded with them.
  7. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary for the implementation of cooperation between us.
  8. Your personal data will be processed in a semi-automated manner, as it will be processed to some extent on computer resources, but will not be subject to automated decision-making.
  9. At the same time, we would like to inform you that you have the right to access your data, request rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, the right to object to further processing, the right to transfer data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (Office for Personal Data Protection).
